Speed has dropped

Hello, I was recently getting around 60mbps but this seems to have now dropped to 53Mbps after my line kept cutting out the other day. 


Can I request a profile reset please?

Hi @mactell,

Please accept my apologies for the decrease in sync speed.

After testing the line, your connection profile is set at 0.128M - 80M and the account connection profile is matching the sync rate of 53.1Mbps. I'm afraid that a profile reset will not have any impact on your current connection speed.

I can see a clear correlation in drops in the circuit and the decrease in speed so now  the circuit has remained stable DLM should naturally start to increase performance back to previous levels.
