Speed has dropped AGAIN

Can someone please escalate this. I've lost count the amount of times my connection speeds have dropped to pathetic levels. I'm now sitting at around 2.8mbps where i am normally around 35.
Seeing as Plusnet customer support seem to be getting worse the more i deal with them, perhaps someone here will be able to speak to someone that can do something about this problem.
Very annoyed, not getting the speed, or service i expect, and am paying for.

You in same boat as me. Today I got as low as 2.1mb on a 70mb connection

Yes, me too.......speed appalling and the connection drops out completely every day at some point......not sure how Plusnet can keep advertising themselves as the brilliant service they say they have, when it is patently not true.
