Speed getting ower since fibre move/ lower than neighbours with other suppliers

PLease could you investigate the foloowing issues.
1. Since upgrade to fibre 20.1.15 the spped has decreased as follows:
Date Upload Download
20.1 9,74 1.13
24.1 8.75 0.89
26.1 8.11 0.89
30.1 8.55 1.13
4.2 9.68 1.15
12.2 6.80 0.73
(All tests wired)
2. This is considerably lower than the suggested 12mbs you stated the line would provide.
3.Neighbours (upgrading from the same cabinet on the same day) but with differnt providers are getting speeds between 17-23mbs
I have tested my laptop with one such neighbour and obtained the following speed:
17,5 up/1.54down 21.1.15 -Supplier-Talk Talk
Please could you investigate and advise, because if these are the highest available, a return to ADSL is better valueand I suggest that is the best value option.

I've just had a look at your account and from around 10pm on Wednesday to 5.30pm yesterday your connection graph looks horrible! The line was disconnecting every few minutes, this really isn't going to have helped your speeds.
Your line is currently connecting at:
Downstream Speed 9.3 Mbps
Upstream Speed 1.0 Mbps
We need to look into this as a fault as we have no tools to remotely reset the line unfortunately.
