I would be grateful if one of the Plusnet Help Team would take a look at ticket 154331295. The issue is that my 55/10 service (which had been giving me 50/9 ever since it was introduced) dropped to 40/8 on Monday and now is showing 9/6.
This is a Technicolor/ECI modem setup. All measurements on wired connections to Openreach MK 2 master socket using the wholesale speedtest.
Two reasons for asking here:
the faults team haven’t yet got to it. Not only is time is passing but the fault is getting worse.
Because it is well know that the Help Team have magic powers that are denied to ordinary mortals and are exemplary at finding solutions quickly;
