I would be grateful if one of the Plusnet Help Team would take a look at ticket 154331295. The issue is that my 55/10 service (which had been giving me 50/9 ever since it was introduced) dropped to 40/8 on Monday and now is showing 9/6.
This is a Technicolor/ECI modem setup. All measurements on wired connections to Openreach MK 2 master socket using the wholesale speedtest.
Two reasons for asking here:
- the faults team haven’t yet got to it. Not only is time is passing but the fault is getting worse.
- Because it is well know that the Help Team have magic powers that are denied to ordinary mortals and are exemplary at finding solutions quickly;
