Speed dropping

Any work going on, my fibre has been dropping and varying speed for the last few days.  Had huge pings.

Same for me, speed and pings all over the place, no two speed tests the same.

Try hop onto different gateway see if it has improvement?

Is this over a wired or wireless connection?
