Speed dropping slightly

Hey, so my speed and line has been stable and great, been consistant at 27.7mb down, 5.8 up.

How ever i noticed its dropped down to 25.5m down, when i check my router stats my line speed has gone from 31mb to 28mb.. I restarted my router last night to see if it helped but no luck.

Any ideas? I started off at like 29mb after the last engineer, then it dropped to 27mb down which i was fine with but cant really accept 25mb when its capable of more..

cheers

Re: Speed dropping slightly

We can't reset profiles remotely on fibre I'm afraid and in this case it wouldn't make a difference as your profile is "0.128M-80M Downstream, Retransmission High - 0.128M-6M Upstream, Error Protection Off".

I'd recommend raising a fault here to see if there's anything that can be done.
