Speed dropped from 74Mbps to 62

Still doesn't make sense when the router shows 93828 kbps as the max attainable.
I would say the line is banded at 74Mb

Have to Agree with Browni if that max attainable is correct you should hit full Speed at the standard 6db no problem, i would ask for your Profile to be posted, download should say 0.128M - 80M 

If the last part is lower than 80 your line is banded.

I don't believe my line is banded - this is from before it re-synced with FastPath:

And exactly 24 hours later it has re-synced again and has now re-instated interleaving - I had no CRC errors over the past 24 hours so don't understand - my speed has also dropped back down?

Sounds exactly like what happened when I tried out the DSL AC88U - when I connected my AC68U back up it resynced in the early hours of the morning on fastpath, but then resynced again on interleaved within 24 hours.

Could be that the short time of testing the new firmware kicked off a change in DLM which only came into effect after you'd switched back to the official firmware.
