Recently I have noticed my download speed has dropped by around 20% and I am experiencing a high amount of packet loss even when my connection is only 50% utilised.
Are you able to run a test on my line?
for example a simple ping -t 8.8.8.8

Sorry to hear you're having issues.
Our tests are showing a potential fault which we'd need to arrange an engineer visit to further investigate the problem. Are you able to try the steps here to rule out any internal wiring which may be affecting this?
If you can it also may be worth trying a different modem/router.
Let us know how it goes.

Yep I am connected to the master socket. Can't try another modem as I currently use the white Openreach modem and a pfsense router.
Do I need to raise a fault through the plus net portal?

Hi @spudy12, thanks for your post.
Yes please, if you can raise your issue at faults.plus.net we'll then be able to proceed with further diagnostics to hopefully locate the cause of and then resolve your issues.
