Speed drop

Hi,
Hope someone can help me line speed has dropped from a constant 68 meg to 50 meg recently didnt take much notice of it but it hasnt increased again.  I ran a few test on BT Speed test site this morning.
Can someone from the support team maybe have a look at my line please?

Hi Brutos,
Apologies for the delay in responding to this thread, I've had a look over your account for you and don't appear to be able to see any issues with it at present. The speed profile has constantly sat around 68.5mbps and 71.5mbps and I can't see where this has dropped down to 50mbps you reported seeing.
Can I check that you're still seeing this and for the details of the speed test you ran if possible?
