Hi there - My usual download speed is around 25Mb/s, and today its dropped to around 2Mb/s. Can anybody from Plusnet let me know if there is a fault with the line? Ive not made any hardware changes recently that would explain the drop.

We currently have you in sync at 26.8mb/s with no external faults.
Could you confirm that you're testing your speed via a wired, ethernet cable and that you're in the test socket of your premises?
If so, I'd recommend raising a fault here so that we can ask our suppliers to investigate this for you.
