Hi,
Our fibre connection recently seems to grind to a halt over time. Resetting the router brings it back up to 37mb but drops back down to about 4mb with an occasional rise back up until router is reset again. That’s on both WiFi and wired. Any advice?
Estimated line speed was 37-52mb so we’re right on the bottom rung of the estimate.

Welcome to the Forum @Yan76
You may or may not have a line problem but that needs to be eliminated before you can move on. I would run through the checks at https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ and then report a fault at https://www.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
It takes a bit of your time but formally makes Plusnet aware of your problem, they have look at it, and gets the problem into the queue for action.
