Speed drop to about half usual

Note sure if this is todo with working from home etc. But my doen has drop to aropund 34MB from the usual 68MB

Or have there been other restriction been introduced becuase of the current situation?

Thank you for your query.

Having tested the line, I am unable to find a fault that would be causing this. The speeds appear to be at the maximum for the package that you have. In terms of the slow speeds, is this being experienced over a wired or wireless connection?

Just one question; the router seems to be disconnecting from midnight each day, and then reconnecting between 6am and 9am every morning. Is the router being switched off daily?

What package? i supposed to be on 76MB
