Speed drop on Fibre Unlimited

Been on unlimited for 3 years and always enjoyed about 72Mb/18Mb, and now it's about 29/6 for about a week as far as I can tell.

I'm here now because it seems to be a similar case to this thread: https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/BT-IP-Profile-Drastically-Changed/td-p/1345261 and that user seems to have had a fix and reply quicker than me using your fault reporting system.

The connection is otherwise stable, but the BT wholesale site won't run further diagnostics every time I've tried.

Re: Speed drop on Fibre Unlimited

You need to remove the trailing comma from the link

However you have a different problem as shown by the low upload speed - I recommend opening a speed fault here https://faults.plus.net

Re: Speed drop on Fibre Unlimited

OK so the fault reporting system is great, I take it back.

Engineer came round and made some repairs, ping and upstream are back to normal and he said the line is reporting 75Mb, but I'm still stuck on 30Mb. Last time this happened an engineer rang (plusnet I think) someone up and got it reset, this one didn't do that and said it'd climb up by itself.

Any chance of having that done for me? so I know it works.

Re: Speed drop on Fibre Unlimited

You can do that via chat - ask for the Plusnet Current Line Speed to be updated https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
