Speed drop on 13th Jan

Has anyone notices a speed drop since the 13th Jan? It looks like something happened shortly after midnight:Speed dropSpeed drop

Notice the spike in bit errors at 12 - 1am.

It looks like your sync dropped but has come back up since.

Are you still seeing lower speeds?
