Speed drop in Sheffield

Hi woke up Saturday to find my speed has dropped from it's usual 73Mbps  down to ~7Mbps! I rebooted the router and my speed went up to 22mbps
I have done virus scans and that's not picked up anything. Checked all the other devices on my network and they report the same speed. Took everything off the network apart from my desktop and still the same.
BT Wholesale speed checker also returns the same slow speeds. I did the extra tests as well.
We had about 10 power cuts Tuesday night over a 12 hour period(only noticed the speed drop on saturday though) I wonder if that's done something.
Any other tests need doing, let me know.

Re: Speed drop in Sheffield

I've got the same issue over in North Wales. Obviously something has gone wrong on PN side. Hopefully they can fix it quickly.

It takes about 7 days at the moment before a fault is investigated. Obviously this will be extended over Christmas. They will eventually get round to it but you will have to be patient. I'm writing based on my own experience of a recent fault which was eventually successfully resolved.  Smiley
