Speed drop - day 2

I've had fibre for 2 years and decided to switch to PlusNet.
My switchover happened yesterday and my speed was 50 down and 14 up which I was happy with although I was quoted 57 down.
I've come home today and my download has dropped to 20 (upload remains the same).
Is this normal and caused by DLM?

For some reason your profile had been set to a ADSL one despite you signing up to Fibre
