Speed drop at night

Hi My speed drops at night down to 3-7 m, but every morning I test it was 31 m.

I was wondering if there is congestion control with plusnet?

Can somebody help me with my line, I am plugged into the old style master socket.

Hi, from what you're saying it sounds like there is congestion in your area someone from plusnet will be able to carry out the checks for you and get this raised to Openreach, you can either wait for someone to pick it up or livechat them here.
