Speed drop and noise on line

Hi over the past few days I have suffered a speed drop and I have a buzz on the line.
the line speed taken from router admin is below:
DSL Line Status
Connection Information
Line state:Connected
Connection time:0 days, 02:23:28
Downstream:17.2 Mbps
Upstream:4.917 Mbps
As you can see its been dropping out daily as well
Can someone check it out for me please

Thanks for getting in touch @riky and apologies for the delayed response.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your connection.
I've tested the line and I can see that your sync speeds have dropped below the Minimum guaranteed access line speed we gave you.
If you can raise a fault here and post back once you've done so we'll get that picked up for you

Hi @MatthewWheeler fault raised.
At least this time I have noise on the line so may be able to detect the problem I have been having.

Hi thanks for the reply.
Our faults department have tried to contact you back today in regards to this.
They must have got wrong number or something as we have not been out today and even if we had we would have had a missed call?
But any morning between 8 and 1 is ok

An update on my problem
As of this morning there is no noise on the line.
I don't know if it is coincidence but yesterday an Openreach engineer was working on the telephone lines leading from our pole or if it was to sort our fault.
But the download Linespeed after a slight increase has now dropped even lower to 17 Mbs

Hi thank you for the call this morning.
Unfortunately the echo on the line was so bad it was as if I was speaking to myself.
Now the line is clear as a bell. It is very intermittent.
But the broadband speed is still at 17 Mbs
