Speed drop again tonight with huge pings

My speeds tend to take a dive around 10pm some nights for no reason at all, is this congestion or something i was just gaming online when my ping jumped from 25 to 250 and my gaming rubber banded so i jumped off steam and ran this test ? I had poor speeds for about 40 mins and then it went normal again. I've noticed that this has been happening a lot over the last month. Any ideas what could be wrong ?

Re: Speed drop again tonight with huge pings

@rongtw Yes there is none i made 3 posts about this within a month check my posts

https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/Im-sick-of-getting-poor-speeds/td-p/1523045

https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/Connection-downtime/td-p/1520373

something or maybe theirs a fault in my cab.

Since this happening ive noticed a drop in upload speeds from 18 down to 14 .... ive also had a slight speed drop and all this seams to have happen in the last month.

Also why is my ip profile always changing ? The last screenshot is my current test from today, most of these screenshots are from the last 2 months... constant changing of profiles and speeds.

Re: Speed drop again tonight with huge pings

@St3 i would log a fault with PN Thumbs_Up i know PN cant find a fault on their side But they can ask BT for a SFI to check .

SFI = Special Faults Investigator

See what BT has to say ?

Re: Speed drop again tonight with huge pings

The IP Profile will change when your sync speed changes, about 8 disconnections in 2 months is not going to be considered a fault. It's not going to be possible to definitely state exactly why each disconnection occurred.
