Speed down to 10 Mb/s from 74Mb/s

For several months I've been routinely getting around 74Mb/s from hub 1, upload around 18.

In the last week or so I've checked using speedtest and I'm constantly on around 10Mb/s using computer via LAN1 on 1Gb/s and the only device connected by ethernet.

Just noticed current line speed is 11.4 on my plusnet account!!

Hub one help shows 

6. Data rate: 19999 / 79906
7. Maximum data rate: 29463 / 91216

 

Why am I on a line speed that's giving me 10Mb/s when I'm paying for 76 MB/s please?

Looks like your profile may need a tweak, it may be quicker to give them a ring or get onto chat, rather than waiting until Monday before one of the PN staff notice your post.

You were right, I've just used chat and they reset the profile to 78. Thanks again - never used chat before.
