I was 32/5 but today I'm 24/8 have reset router but makes no change.
BTW Performance is showing maximum of 25 Mb used to set at 36 MB out of the up to 38 Mb I pay for.
What is this all about please?

Well this morning had a response from PN customer service to do a few things like Master Socket etc.
Then raise a Technical ticket if still a problem after 5 pm.*
Well after the use of master socket the Up returned to the normal 5 Mb
Usual 32-33/5
Fault 24/7-8
after tests 23-24/5
* Reason to wait until 5 pm. was because the BTW faults reporting was under maintenance until then today.
