Speed dipped

Hello

im currently experiencing a dip in my line speed, back in September for example i ran a speed on https://www.speedtest.net/ and i was getting around  31.82 download speed my actual download speed at the was around 4-5 a second which was fair.

Currently my overall speed has dipped to 9.71 a second and my actual download is sitting around 1.1 meg to 875kbs.

I've tried the master socket and that hasn't seen any increase im using a wired connection to my pc

I'm sorry you are having trouble with the speed of your service and I apologise for the frustration caused. I've ran a couple of tests over your service today and your sync speeds are quite low for what we would expect of your line. From your post, it seems you've tried a wired connection - but just to make sure please can you get connected into the test socket and run a further wired speed test and let us know the results?

If the above step doesn't work please raise a fault via this link and let us know here once done.
