Speed cut in half

Hello all, 

I've recently seen my DL speeds cut in half over the last few days. Seems like I'm now limited at 20mb down from 39.
Can someone look into this?

I'm currently going into the test socket, wired and wireless roughly the same speed.
Plusnet router + Draytek routers giving similar result.

The chap next door, another plusnet customer,  gets close to 57 down - I'm not sure which God I've enraged but that seems like a slap in the face! 

Can someone look into this? Thank you!

From what I can see you've had some drops yesterday which caused your sync speed (and the profile on your account) to drop to around 20mbps. Line tests are showing your router's getting around 44mbps again so I've poked the profile back up to its rightful place. Can you reboot your router and retest your speed?

I've attached a graph showing your connection over the last month:

If your speed continues to drop I'd recommend raising a fault ticket at faults.plus.net posting back afterwards so we can arrange an engineer visit to investigate further.

Hi, 

Still having issues, couple of drop-outs and the speed feels a bit sluggish.

Can we get the ball rolling on getting this check out?

More info:

Yet more drop outs, they seem to be happening at roughly the same time most evenings around 5- 6pm.

Have you raised a fault online?

I was half way through it when the net cut out! Will raise the fault as soon as I can.
