After engineers visit back in December speed seemed to improve and connectivity was good. However as of late speed seems to drop and connection drops out. I am now running with connection in test socket of the master socket and still only achieving half the speed i should do. This is with the new router in place which the engineer seemed to be blaming on the old one
Can someone take a look and tell me whats happening?
Thanks for getting in touch. I've had a look at your connection and the speed has dropped dramatically, and is now way below your minimum guaranteed speed. I've raised a fault on your line as there is showing a potential external issue, we'll update you once we have an update on that.
