Hi, I hope someone can help please, I've switched over to plusnet 2 weeks ago and the Internet speed is fluctuating from 0.30 to 68mb and the router keeps turning off 3 or 4 times a day, I have done all the trouble shooting and now am at the stage of having the router plugged into the master socket.someone did wipe out a telegraph pole(with a car) that our line goes to and our cable was one that was streached instead of snapping, so may be an issue, I've have tried to call but don't have the time to wait. Any help would be great.
