Re: Speed Up and down

Hi I would ignore the speed tests from BT Wholesale their tester has issues with a few Browsers giving false results, the most important is the IP profile giving during the further diagnostic test which in your case is 72Mb which could be correct for your line but can't say for sure without router stats and line Estimates.

For a Speed test I would use https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest

It's much more reliable tester if your still seeing low results via a wired connection using that tester then further investigation would be required into why that would be.

Hi Sebjo, was that over a wired or a wireless connection to the router?

Re: Speed Up and down

OK, glad to hear that.

I've run a full set of broadband diagnostics and everything looks good but do shout up if you have any problems again.
