Speed Reduction

A fault was fixed with the phone line a week ago, since that the sync speed went from 35mbps to 25mbps. In the past 24 hours speeds have again reduced with speedtests showing anywhere between 5-8mbps down. 

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Been having big problems with speed think plusnet are turning my speed down because the last two weeks I have had to download quite a lot finished now, but speed dropped from 72 to 28.

Plusnet do not lower speeds you can download as much as you want hence why it's called fibre unlimited or unlimited extra, if you have issues then report a fault if you haven't already,  you can do so here.. https://www.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
