Speed Issue Fibre Speed dropped from around 30Mbps to 3 - 5Mbps other past few months

I've noticed a big drop in speed of Fibre Broadband past few months and it's hit a low of 3Mbps today (Nearly as slow as ADSL conntect I had 10 years ago!!).

Does anyone know a reason for this? Struggling to watch anything on 2 devices today, which is kinda annoying considering I'm paying for a connection much faster then 3Mbps.

Hi there,

I've just taken a look at your account, everything seems in order and line tests aren't showing any issues.

Is it possible for you to test speeds over a cabled connection to see if they differ greatly?
