Speed Drops

Hey guys, been loving my new fibre but i have a concern. I have uploaded 2 images, 1 is of what i was getting and the other as you can see the ping, download and upload is a good bit slower. It has been like this for the past several days. Any reason why? Nothing has changed my end

Tried a full router reset, tried faceplate, tried different filter, tried only 1 wired device connected. Same issue! Speeds are dropping and im getting alot less than Plusnets 'minimum' speeds. So i ran a thinkbroadband test and single threaded download is slow and multi-threaded is faster. Doesn't this point to the exchange?? Can someone from plusnet check this out please or raise some queries? Thanks

Speeds still dropping slightly. Been with Plusnet over 10 years and i have been fortunate enough to not have many, if any, problems at all until i upgraded to fibre. Im meant to get 55mb-73mb im getting under 50mb right now with slower uploads as well. Really disappointed.

Well i hope so as i did another test just now and the attachment shows 14mb down and 10mb up. Should be minimum 55mb down 15mb up. Not a happy chappy!

IP Profile for my line is wrong? I know its capable of more. Ive had up to 68mb download and over 19mb upload. Why and how has this changed? Thanks

Are you testing with Firefox browser ? for some reason it gives odd tests .

Just try another browser just to rule this out
