Speed Drop

Good Evening 

 

Originally we were getting 60 mb we are now only getting the following see attached,

we are paying extra for a minimum of 60 mb please can you take a look at this for me

Hi @wwffan2, I'm sorry that you are having some issues with your speed. Were those tests ran over wired or wireless?

 

I have tested the line which shows you are in sync at 79.9mb and no faults have been detected.

 

If the results were retrieved via a wired connection, I'd advise having a run through the troubleshooting here and raise a fault to us here.
