Speed Drop

Hi,

Been noticing some issues with my connection so decided to do a check.

My current line speed is supposed to be 34.4Mb but a check on the BT Wholesale tool fluctuates between 18-21Mb.

Can someone please check my connection?

The forums aren't manned 24/7 by Plusnet staff so it may be awhile before it is seen and even then they may just ask you to go through the fault guides and log a fault.

Hi jeeman,

Diagnostic checks aren't showing us any obvious causes for this. Were you connected over WiFi when you saw those speeds?
