Speed Drop? Line Check Please

Line speed has dropped this evening...

This is also after my IP Profile, despite numerous complaints on here and tickets not budging from 50.83 when I can connect a fair bit higher than that.
Could this be sorted please and followed through the tickets rather than just saying there's no problem (There's an extra one this time)

I'm afraid that I've have to recommend opening a fault ticket at
We have little control remotely over fibre connections, so need to test/raise faults to get them looked at.
