Another pointless and frustrating answer from Plusnet support. Despite pointing out what the issue is all I get is the wishy washy:
'Ultimately the service is rate adaptive, and variation in speed will occur. I can see you're currently in sync at just over 77Mbps. There's no action we can take that will prevent your line speed from changing on occasion, and unless performance falls below an acceptable range for a prolonged period we wouldn't progress the fault further. If speeds again fall below 70Mbps and do not return to normal within ten days let us know and we'll investigate further.'
If I was syncing at over 77mb, why is my sync limited to 72.89 as max achievable, completely failed to read the details I provided or answer the question raised. Do you train your teams to give the answer they want and not actually the question in place?
Can anyone help at all? - perhaps a member of the team could look at this and least propose an answer that actually addresses the question.
