Speed 3 times below minimum

Hi Plusnet,

I'm getting 20 Mbps downstream and 5.7 Mbps upstream. This is taken direct from the router interface + aligns with speed tests done over an ethernet cable.

I spoke to someone over chat and they said we had been banded down to 20 Mbps, we should be expecting a minimum of 60 Mbps+. They said they would sort this but I've seen no improvement since 25th May when speaking with support.

Could someone have a look into this?

Hi there, 

I've just tested your line and we're picking up on some connection drops and a potential issue with the line itself. This will be why the line has become banded. 

Best to rule out the checks here next https://goo.gl/hcHRDv then report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net
