Spectrum and DSL settings

Afternoon all
Just got my self an Asus DSL-AC68U and as it has a VDSL modem built in, it provides a lot more technical settings and information. I was wondering if someone in the know could advise if the attached information and settings are optimal for a FTTC connection?

There's been a few stability problems which I believe have now been solved.
