Something strange with my line?

Hi,
Prior to ordering my PN package I could get speed estimate from BT, Sky etc, just to compare possible speed estimates.  I am awaiting my installation for Unlimited Fibre with PN, now when I enter my details into BT or Sky, I get a reply saying that their fibre packages aren't available.  Is this because I have ordered with PN, or is there something strange happening with my line?
I can use the Samknows checker and BT wholesale checker and they report all is fine.  Just thought it was strange I can't check on any broadband provider website.
This is probably a stupid question but can anyone explain this?

When there's an order impending, it sometimes removes the status of the line. FTTC still shows as available in the DSL checker which is what is most important, so I wouldn't worry.
