Someone is hogging my bandwidth

Dear PlusNet,

I have ahad a few months of relative stability, but recent weeks I have seem my performance drop considerably. I have checked my side of things, updated firmware on router and modem, but not seeing the performance  I should have. Methinks someone has moved onto a busy VLAN recently.

Can you take a peek for me please? Recent BT Speedtests performed.

Hi Snufflewort.

Line tests aren't flagging up any issues and the latest VP report isn't showing your circuit on an overutilised SVLAN.

If you're using a wired connection, I'd raise this to us at http://faults.plus.net so we can further investigate.
