Some devices connected with no internet; others fine.

I have 7 devices connecting to my network - 5 WiFi & 2 LAN.

3 of the WiFi devices (2x Android phones & 1 Apple MacBook) do not have internet access, the other 2 do (Amazon FireStick & Windows laptop).

1 of the wired devices (PC) is connected to the internet, the other (Humax set top box) isn't.

This is all new, and all was working yesterday with no problems, and with no changes to the network by me.

Yes; I have rebooted the Hub One (x3)

Any suggestions?

Ensure the 2 router frequencies/ SSID's have separate names.

Momentarily turn off wifi encryption/security; do those devices then work?

If so turn router wifi security back on, and double check devices security settings;
try using the router WPS button to remake connections.

Re: Some devices connected with no internet; others fine.

PlusNet support currently has a recorded message saying they are working on a fix for connectivity issues.

This appears to be a wider issue https://downdetector.co.uk/status/plusnet/

Fix

There is a brief message with no detail in the Service Information area of the forum which says earlier problems have been resolved.

This now appears to be fixed, without me doing anything. Either it was a glitch at my end which resolved itself, or it has been repaired by Plusnet; in which case, thank you.

Re: Some devices connected with no internet; others fine.

Thank you. I saw the message, but was still experiencing problems when I read it.
The post may have been referring to a different problem, or it may be that there was a delay before the fix made its way to my network. In either case, the issue seems to have been resolved.
