Good to read the High packet loss and other DNS issues have now been solved I now hope those remaining with Plusnet can now look forward to a service that is deserved.

Also now that there will be less support query's so that phone calls answering time will improve dramatically.

You should say ,,,, HOPE the phone times improve we have been promised this for a long time
