My broadband dropped so I restarted the router as per and now the router is stuck on a solid orange light which means we have no broadband.
After a Google I've tried re-authenticating, turning it on and off, factory resetting and a new router set up and nothing, still no internet.
Could someone help please?

Not sure how to edit so;
I have also tried a different router that worked before that is also not connecting, so it can't be anything broken wire wise.
