Solid orange light

Hi can some have a look at mr broadband please it won’t off yesterday I spoke to Plusnet and they where not much help 

i have tried a different router and different filters 

it goes blue for about 3 seconds then goes orange again

As you appear to be able to get online, you could check the following link to see if this is the cause.

(check under the default Phone and then Broadband and Email - they don't always tally)

I totally understand that, there's nothing worse than using all of your mobile data.

 

Did the link show if you are part of a known issue?

 

If not, hopefully a member of staff can check your connection for you...?

Sorry to hear that you are having connection issues at the moment. 

 

I've tested your circuit and can confirm that there is a fault located in the network. I have raised to our supplier to investigate and have provided full info here

Thanks for that why did they not pick up on that when I called seemed like that just for Ed me off with the standard engineer visit grrrr

I'm sorry that the local network fault wasn't picked up when you called and for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, depending on the nature of the fault, our test from here may only pick it up intermittently.

 

Our faults team will contact you once we've received an update on the fault from our suppliers. Please get back in touch if there's anything that you'd like to discuss in the meantime.
