Solid orange light on router.

Hi guys, I have a solid orange light on my router, I was wondering if there was a fault anywhere? Would someone be as kind to check this? Thank you.

Tales with support on the phone very helpful, gonna try something when I get home. Seems my log in details changed somehow.
