Solid orange light on router.

Hi,
First month into our contract. Been working fine since activated but work up this morning to find the router showing a solid orange light.

I've tried resetting the router and the router to no avail.

Would appreciate some guidance here.

Cheers

James

Re: Solid orange light on router.

Not a lot I can suggest, sorry, but try ringing PN. There could be a problem with the BT infrastructure locally, or it could be a problem with your connection. As you are on FTTC, there is limited scope to resolving problems.

BT service status is available here https://my.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=31

There's a fault that started this morning in the Shrewsbury area and a number of other ongoing ones

@RozJimShrews  As @MisterW says there is some fault incident in the Shrewsbury area this morning, From your username I guess you could be in that area. See this post in the ADSL section.

Re: Solid orange light on router.

You are correct in your assumption! Thanks for passing thag onto us. Guess we'll just sit tight. Maybe even go outside for a walk if we feel wild.
