Help! The solid orange light and the b light have come on on our router this afternoon. We've followed the instructions to connect and run troubleshooting on the router via the laptop but that hasn't worked. The final step they suggest is to phone for help but for obvious reasons the phone lines are currently closed. Can anyone help us?
