So this morning connection was very weak, then it went out, so I restarted the router and then it happened. A solid orange light and orange b light.
Tried putting in my username and password didn't work.
Tried factory reset didn't work either.
When I put in my user name and password, and click connect, it doesn't connect. It says disconnected at the top.
Don't know if it's the router or problem with the connection.

Unfortunately PlusNet people don't turn up here as often as they used to. I would run through the checks at https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ and then ring in with a fault.

I rang them up and they said it was an outage in the area. It's fixed now.
