Is this what is to be considered a normal FTTC line nowadays, With multiple latency spikes even during stupid o clock in the early hours of the morning ??
Between roughly 1am - 02.30 the latency is worse then than it is at 8pm,
64Mb / 14Mb

I have been experiencing latency spikes, up to 3% packet loss against Google DNS servers, sometimes buffering when streaming, with Samknows ocassionally reporting download speeds as low as 3 Mb/s.
All this on a very good FTTC connection (close to cabinet, maximum possible sync speeds.
Dropping my PPPoE connection and reconnecting picket up another gateway and the problems vanished.
Oh, to be on the new network!
