So is anyone getting speed issues resolved ?

Seems to be like we are being ignored. 5 days after logging a fault and no response. Anyone ever got anywhere complaining to OFCOM ?

I had slow speed logged from 20th March and I had response but since 4th April nothing but I keep loading up the access speed ,what puzzles me is that some people on this Support group are still getting OR engineers and portal response but not me or you ? Yes OFCOM seems way to and also keep mentioning compensation since that is part of OFCOM deal ?

Speeds have been 4x slower since the 16th April.

No proactive responses via the ticket system unfortunately.

Had a response and yes, there is a fault. Engineer to visit and hopefully fix. Its a start.

Issue resolved. Openreach had to re cable from where cable attaches to outside of house. Connections were all corroded.
