I am sat virtually on my exchange but the speed on fiber is beyond poor, over the past 2 weeks.
Exchange code: WMSTJ St Johns.
Can someone check it over please. Loads of noise on the line
Tonight has been basically a waste of time... last speed speed check was 21mb going to monitor it.

If you have loads of line noise, then a fault needs to be logged with your telephone line rental provider.
If that is Plusnet then use the Phone Troublsehooter at http://portal.plus.net/my-account/tools/phone-troubleshooter
Don't mention problems with FTTC, just get the noise fixed on the phone first.

does seem to be a problem with the line...... whats the bt speedcheck? cant find the url ? cheers

15 minutes for support on a broken line, crackling constantly. ping latency 72.13ms, download speed 62.12 mb, upload 0.20 mbps

how can you report a problem without having to phone someone? can't you just create a support ticket any more?

I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems with your service. I've tested your line and have found no fault, however we need to get the noise looked into as it's likely to be the cause of your speed fault. I've opened a ticket on your account with a few checks you can do before we arrange an engineer appointment to investigate further.
