Slower speeds since phone line was down and repaired?

Recently my phone line was dead for 5 days which meant no fibre. It came back up and after some playing all was well.
The problem is I'm still not seeing speeds return to what they were previously? I assume it's BT doing line checks, is it possible to get the line rechecked now it's stable?
Previously I was getting 37/17 and this has dropped to 29/11.
Any thoughts?

Hopefully just DLM remembering your line characteristics from before the fault (or else the 'playing' annoyed it). If your line stays stable you should see your speeds rise over the next few days or weeks. On the other hand I would expect a DLM reset after fixing a fault so perhaps the fix has permanently changed your line characteristics.
